Our Name is Legion (Worldbreaker, zone)
Legion immediately removes all negative status effects (stunned, restrained, unconscious, etc.) as well as marks and ongoing damage, and gains vulnerable 5 to all damage. This power creates a zone in a close burst 1 that is treated as difficult terrain. 2d6 zombie rotters are spawned, and Legion's aura expands to encompass the entire encounter area.

Frost Tomb (cold, conjuration) Recharge 5
Attack: Ranged 10 (one creature); +8 vs. Fortitude
Hit: A Frost Tomb hazard is created in the target's space, and the target is immobilized while the Frost Tomb exists.
Frostrime (cold) At-Will
Attack: Melee 2 (one creature); +10 vs. AC
Hit: 2d6 + 6 damage, and the target is slowed (save ends).
Wall of Frostfire (cold, conjuration) Recharge 5
Effect: This power creates a wall (8 within 10) of frostfire. It can be up to 4 squares high, and must be on a solid surface, and lasts until the end of the creature's next turn.
Any creature that enter's the wall's space or starts its turn there takes 1d10+4 cold and fire damage.
Effect: Legion makes two Frostrime attacks.
For We Are Many (necrotic, Our Name is Legion Attack) At-Will
Attack: Ranged 10 (one creature); +10 vs. Will
Hit: 3d8+4 necrotic and cold damage, and the target is slowed (save ends).
Special: Can only be used during Our Name is Legion
Creepy Crawlies (conjuration) At-Will
Trigger: Legion is hit by an attack.
Effect:(1) A Corpse Skitterer is spawned in a square adjacent to Legion, and acts after the creature in initiative.
Special: This power cannot be used during Our Name is Legion.
E Pluribus, Unum At-Will
Trigger: The last zombie rotter spawned by activating Our Name is Legion is destroyed.
Effect:(1) The duration of Our Name is Legion expires, along with all of its effects: The radius of Legion's aura returns to its original range, the zone of difficult terrain is destroyed.
An Eye for an Eye At-Will
Trigger: A zombie rotter spawned by activating Our Name is Legion is destroyed.
Effect:(1) Legion takes 10 damage. This damage ignores any resistances, vulnerabilities, or immunities Legion may possess.
